Today you will all be getting into groups and practice reading your story out loud. Students who are not speaking in the group need to be listening first and then filling out the feedback worksheet after the student is done speaking. This worksheet will be providing constructive feedback for your fellow classmates. These will be turned into me at the end of the day and then I will pass the feedback you gave to the student.
** Discussion: What did you like about your other classmates stories? What storytelling techniques were used?
Homework: Create a piece of art that represents your story. You may use any medium of your choice. For example: Crayons, Paint, Markers, Pencil, Clay, etc. This will not be turned in tomorrow, it will be shared with the class on the last day of the project so you may take your time on it. Just make sure you do not put it off until the last minute. This will be a big piece of your overall grade so be creative!
